Sales-room staff can add any needed item to a provisional order. These requested items do not automatically get ordered - they will be reviewed and verified manually first, and the order placed according to cost and need.

Current stock quantity and cost price per item are displayed for information purposes.

Provisional order items show the originator of the request, quantity requested and associated comments should further clarification be required.
