The application comes with two databases, LIVE and TRAINING. Each is independent of the other for both their content and user access.

Access to specific modules (admin, sales or orders) is controlled by user roles and passwords. Sales staff therefore don't have access to ordering functionality unless explicitly assigned to do so, and vice versa.
