Reading Room Stock Control - Stock Valuation
Dynamic update and display of the total Reading Room stock value as figures adjusted
Easy to include/exclude individual items
Up to three separate prices per item for differentiating old/new/worn stock values
Historical valuations can be retained and reprinted at any time
Ability to bookmark individual items as completed or outstanding, and selectively display these groupings for later review and further processing
Valuations can be conducted on either a replacement (Cost Price plus Duty and VAT) or Sale Price basis. Both can be historically accommodated if required, and optional comments can be used to identify them.
When undertaking a Cost Price Stock valuation, the majority (if not all) of the non-catalogue stock items will have a zero cost price as they no longer can be purchased from the supplier. To accurately reflect their value, and avoid manually setting of large numbers of prices, it is possible to preset a percentage (e.g. 80%) of the current sales price that can be used to determine an estimated item value.
Vat/Duty cost elements are displayed (in local currency) at the stock item level
